Returns Policy

At Silk & Waves, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Free Returns in the UK

We are pleased to offer free returns for orders within the UK. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our returns portal and initiate a request a return authorisation and receive your free return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any documentation and accessories.
  3. Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest drop off location.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Returns Outside the UK

While we cannot offer free returns for orders outside the UK, you are still welcome to return your items within the 30-day period. Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@silkandwaves.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Arrange for the return shipment through a courier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain a tracking number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any documentation and accessories.
  4. Clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs fees.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
